In previous versions you used to be able to import the universe and select the file – properties menu and the options would be located here.

In BI4 this is different because instead of using a designer, you will be using the Information Design Tool which will consist of a design layer and a business layer for the universe in question.

There is no need to use the file menu to overwrite the default 5000 rows being returned.

You will need to retrieve the Universe (.unx file) and then open the business layer file.
In the business layer tab select the Query Options tab
The row limit property is located here and can be un-selected or increased.

NOTE it would also be wise to change or turn off the time limit
