IMPROVE

We are constantly seeking ways to develop and improve: tweaks to reports and routines that might help a client save merely minutes in a week, or incremental improvements to documentation may help the next person to do the job that more efficiently.

When we are certain that an upgrade or a new platform may be of benefit to a client, we will be proactive in recommending that, although new technology for its own sake is never our aim.

We challenge our clients to do the same, and to take any opportunity to make small positive improvements to the way their organisations work.

COMMUNITY

Working closely as a team and in partnership with our clients is essential to the way we deliver our services.

Our clients need to feel secure in the fact that if they choose, they can maintain the solutions we develop, but with the extra comfort that we are still here to help again if required.

In an environment of disparate data sources, diverse business processes, different reporting requirements – not to mention our reliance on testers, data quality experts and IT infrastructure enablers – the ability to work collaboratively is essential for the success of both ourselves, and our clients.

We also appreciate that with so many public sector clients – all with an obligation to deliver eciency, accountability and value for money services for tax payers and citizens – that this must be our obligation too.

In addition, we are committed to supporting local community efforts. For example, Key Intelligence actively encourages recycling within its offices, and has recently become a sponsor our local Cricket Club in Stroud, which provides local residents of all ages the opportunity to play the sport and be part of a community.

We are also sponsors of Home-Start: a local charity that provides families with children under the age of 5 with support and friendship. It is charities like these that work in early intervention that help ensure fewer children go into care unnecessarily.
